ONLINE BASKETBALL TRAINING (1 WEEK)
Welcome to the continuation of the Orangeville Prep Online Basketball Program. Since we're not allowed to be in the gym we will bring the gym to you! Get your daily workout and continue to improve your game.
The link will be sent to you from Zoom upon registration.
This is a one week basketball training program which will help you develop all the skills necessary to be a well-rounded, effective player — ball handling, offensive moves, athleticism and stamina.
The sessions will be 1 hour long and will run Monday, May 17 to Friday, May 21, 4:30-5:30 PM daily.
